Refund Policy

1. Your Rights

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For distance contracts, this 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Contact us at reply@quobrynnthmloxal.world within 14 days
• Clearly state your intention to cancel
• Return the product in its original, unopened packaging
• Include your order reference

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements unless the product is defective. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within the 14-day period.
